Turkey skewers on butter noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Turkey breast (in one piece)
  • 5 Onions
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 2 (approx. 150 g) Tomatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 25 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 Kebabs

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Peel onions and cut them into wide slices. Put meat and onions alternately on 8 skewers. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets.

    Wash the tomatoes, dab dry, cut in half and remove seeds. Dice tomato halves. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the skewers for about 8 minutes, turning them over. Steam broccoli in a little boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 5 minutes and drain. Heat the fat. Sweat breadcrumbs in it and toss the noodles in it. Season skewers with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

    Steam tomatoes in hot frying fat for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Arrange pasta and drained broccoli on plates. Arrange turkey skewers and diced tomatoes on the noodles and serve.
