Harz cheese salad with crispy bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 rolls (125 g each) Harz cheese
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Cut the resin into thick slices. Peel onions and slice or cut into fine rings. Cut bacon into strips

    Fry the bacon in a pan until crisp. Take it out. Mix vinegar and oil. Mix with cheese, onions, caraway and bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and sprinkle over the salad. Served with: farmhouse bread with lard and roasted onions
