Turkey steak in tomato and olive sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small turkey escalope (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Basil stalk
  • 3-4 Olives (e.g. black)
  • 50 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 200 ml Tomato juice
  • 1 knife tip Rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lime slices

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut in half. Peel onion and cut into fine slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and chop the tomato. Wash basil, shake dry, cut leaves into fine strips, olives into rings

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Fry the meat in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, set aside

    Sauté the onion and garlic in the frying fat. Add tomato, tomato juice and olives, bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Heat the turkey steak in the sauce. Drain the pasta. Arrange everything and garnish with lime
