Ingredients

  • 75 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 (100 g) Tomato
  • 1 (approx. 67 g) Wheat Pitta Bag
  • 40 g fat-reduced herb quark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and clean the tomato and cut it into pieces.

    Bake the pita bread in the toaster for 2-3 minutes. Cut open on one side, fill with tomato, herb curd and meat. Garnish with parsley.
