Boil the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water, cover and let it swell for about 20 minutes. Wash sprouts and vegetables. Cut carrot into slices, spring onion and bamboo into strips. Cut the steak into fine slices.
Fry on all sides in hot oil. Fry the carrot for about 3 minutes. Fry the onion, seedlings and bamboo briefly. Stir in 4-5 tablespoons of water, juice and soy sauce, bring to the boil. Arrange everything.
