Clean, wash and cut the cabbage into large pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Steam the cabbage for about 5 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Brown onion and minced meat in it.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomatoes and stock. Put cabbage and minced meat in 4 greased ramekins. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes.
5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle the cheese on top. Serve the cabbage casserole. Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
