White beans in tomato sauce

  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch/pot of sage
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) big
  • 7-10 Tbsp white beans
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper

Directions

    Peel and chop onion and garlic. Wash the sage. Pluck off the leaves and chop roughly

    Rinse and drain the beans. Steam onion, garlic and sage in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes in an open pot, stirring continuously. Add beans and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes
