  • 50 g white dried beans
  • 1 TABLESPOON Margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Onion cubes
  • 100 g Potato cubes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 50 g Carrot cubes
  • 20 g Celery cubes
  • 50 g Leek rings
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 stem(s) Savory

Directions

    Cover beans with water and soak overnight. Melt margarine in a pot. First sauté onion cubes in it, then add half of the potato cubes and beans (with soaking water). Deglaze with broth and cook for 45-60 minutes until soft. Add carrot, celery and other potato cubes about 10 minutes, leek about 5 minutes before the end of cooking time. Wash the savory, dab dry and finely chop leaves from a stalk. Season to taste with savory, salt and pepper and garnish with savory
