Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp 4 avocados (about 225 g each)
  • 2 Limes
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 1 1⁄2 Tsp Wasabi paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp green shiso cress

Directions

    Halve 4 avocados (each weighing approx. 225 g), remove the seeds, remove the flesh from the skin. Puree with the juice of 2 limes and approx. 1 1⁄2 TL wasabi paste with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt.

    Arrange and sprinkle with some green shiso cress as desired.
