Waffles with cherry quark

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sparkling mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 100 g Sour cherries
  • 30 g + some butter/margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 l low-fat milk
  • 24 g + 3 g diabetic sweetness
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, 125 g flour
  • 1/2 crossed out. Tsp baking powder

Directions

    Stir curd and mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with sweetener. Drain the cherries and fold into the quark

    Melt 30 g fat and let it cool down a little. Whisk egg, milk, 24 g sweetness and 1 pinch of salt. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Stir the liquid fat briefly into the mixture

    Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease. Bake 8 waffles from the dough one after the other until golden brown. Dust with 3 g sweetness. Fill 2 waffles each with cherry quark and arrange
