Ingredients

  • 200 g cleaned broccoli
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Venison steak
  • 1 washer (10 g) smoked streaky bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 40 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 25 g Cranberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Cut broccoli into florets and wash. Dab steak dry with kitchen paper, form into a round shape and wrap with 1 slice of bacon. Tie with kitchen string. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Put pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a small pan. Fry the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then season with salt and pepper. Remove the steak from the pan, wrap in aluminium foil and keep warm for a short time. Deglaze the frying pan with broth. Stir in binding agent, bring to the boil and stir in the cranberries. Refine with cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain pasta and broccoli.
