Remove the crusts from the brown bread and crumble finely with your hands. Coarsely grate the chocolate. Mix bread, chocolate and 50 grams of sugar. Mix quark, remaining sugar, vanilla pulp and lemon juice.
Set aside two tablespoons of the bread mixture. Place the rest of the bread mixture and the quark alternately in a bowl, ending with a layer of quark. Stir currant jelly with a whisk until smooth.
Decorate the dessert with the jelly and the remaining bread mixture and serve.
