Vegetables & fruit on skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 4 medium-sized onions (e.g. white and red)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Peppers (e.g. yellow and red)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 10 long wooden skewers
  • 200 g Soft Apricots
  • 200 g Soft Plums
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 15 discs Bacon
  • 10 long wooden skewers

Directions

    Place all wooden skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes

    Onions peel, in columns cut. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut into 1⁄2 cm thick slices. Clean and wash mushrooms and peppers. Cut the bell peppers into pieces. Put everything in turn on 10 skewers. Season with salt and pepper and grill for 8-10 minutes

    Fill apricots and plums with 1 almond each. If necessary, halve the bacon slices and roll them up. Put the apricots and plums alternately on 10 skewers. Grill all around for 5-8 minutes
