Vegetable turkey pan from the wok

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 400 g Spinach
  • 500 g Fennel
  • 400 g red peppers
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soybean oil
  • 1/4 l clear chicken stock (instant)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS roasted sunflower seeds

Directions

    Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, sambal oelek, onion and garlic.

    Pour the marinade over the turkey slices and allow to soak for a short time. Sort the spinach, wash thoroughly and drain. Clean, wash and halve the fennel and slice into thin slices. Clean, wash, quarter and slice the peppers.

    Drain the meat and collect the marinade. Heat oil in a wok and fry a portion of meat in it. Add a little paprika and fennel, braise briefly, then add 1/4 of the stock.

    Add a little spinach and braise everything for a few minutes. Season to taste with the marinade and possibly some salt and Sambal Oelek. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
