Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut broccoli into small florets, savoy cabbage first into slices, then into fine strips. Cut celery into small pieces, tomatoes into slices
Heat the fat in a large pot. Sauté the savoy cabbage in it, turning frequently. Deglaze with 1 l water and bring to the boil. Dissolve the stock and let it simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes
Add broccoli and celery to the soup, bring to the boil. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes
Drain the noodles and add to the vegetable soup. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on deep plates
