Vegetable soup with noodles

Ingredients

  • 100 g Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (200 g) Kohlrabi
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 g Sweet peas
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel and chop kohlrabi and carrots. Cook in the boiling broth for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile clean, wash and possibly halve the sugar snap peas. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into pieces. Also add to the stock and cook for about 5 minutes. Season soup with salt and pepper
