Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 250 g Chickpea flour
  • 1/2 coated Tsp baking powder, salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Chilli powder
  • 2 TEASPOONS Cumin
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onions, 2 carrots
  • 1 Cauliflower, 500 g broccoli
  • 250 g small mushrooms
  • 1 l oil for frying

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder, approx. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, chilli and cumin. Gradually stir in about 275 ml of water until a thick dough is formed. Peel, chop and stir in garlic

    Onions, vegetables and mushrooms peel, or clean and wash. Cut onions and carrots into slices, cauliflower and broccoli into florets

    Heat the oil in a tall pot or deep fryer to approx. 180 °C. Pull the vegetables through the dough in portions and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Tastes good with mango chutney
