Onions, vegetables and mushrooms peel, or clean and wash. Cut onions and carrots into slices, cauliflower and broccoli into florets
Heat the oil in a tall pot or deep fryer to approx. 180 °C. Pull the vegetables through the dough in portions and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Tastes good with mango chutney
