The tomatoes are quartered, seeded and cut into small pieces. You also cut the onion into small pieces.
Put some garlic oil in a hot pan and fry the onions and a few basil leaves. When the onions are lightly browned, add the tomatoes and steam for about 5 minutes on a low heat.
Finally, season with basil, salt and pepper.
Stir the cup of sour cream with salt and pepper to a creamy sauce.
Now spread the tomatoes and the feta on the wraps, roll up the patties and place them in a large casserole dish.
Once all the wraps are rolled, spread the sour sauce and cheese over them.
Place in the oven at 200°C (electric cooker) for about 25 minutes.
