Peel and wash the vegetables and potatoes and cut into thin slices. Layer in a flat greased casserole dish, season. Dissolve stock in 200 ml hot water. Add cream. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / fan oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 35-45 minutes
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix quark and egg yolk, season with nutmeg. Carefully fold in the beaten egg white
Remove the casserole. Turn the oven up to 225 °C (circulating air: 200 °C / gas: level 4). Spread the quark on the casserole, bake for approx. 10 minutes
Heat the oil. Fry the fried sausages in this oil for about 10 minutes. Garnish everything with parsley
