Ingredients

  • 100 g cleaned carrots
  • 100 g cleaned kohlrabi
  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cut the carrot into thick diagonal slices. Cut kohlrabi and potatoes into slices. Grease a small ovenproof dish. Add vegetables and potatoes

    Whisk milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the vegetable casserole in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 ° C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Chop parsley finely and sprinkle over the casserole
