Vanilla ice cream with cookies and strawberries

  • 150 g Cookies with chocolate chips
  • 400 g Strawberries
  • 1 package (approx. 900 ml) Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Freezer bag

Directions

    Put cookies in a freezer bag and crumble them with a cake roll. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into small cubes. Slice ice cream quickly with a wide pallet or knife directly from the packaging and layer it with the strawberries and cookie crumbs alternately in a box form or a suitable bowl. Press the ice cream slightly. Freeze again immediately for 1-2 hours. If the ice cream is too hard to portion before serving, warm it up for about 5 minutes at room temperature
