Mix the curd and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 4 minutes until creamy. Halve the quark and stir into one half coffee powder and cocoa and into the other half vanillin sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold one half into each of the quark masses. Pour the quark one after the other into a bowl and stir from top to bottom with a fork to marble. Use a peeler to slice shavings off the chocolate and decorate the quark mass. Danish butter biscuits taste good with it
