Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 500 g pasta (e.g. gomiti or pipe rigate)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, quench briefly and allow to drain.

    Heat butter in a large frying pan. Fry the breadcrumbs in it while turning them golden brown. Add the noodles and toss.
