Bavette with tomatoes and parmesan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, sugar, pepper
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 pot Basil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g pasta (e.g. bavette)
  • 150 g Parmesan (piece)

Directions

    For the pasta, boil up about 4 l of salted water. In the meantime wash and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and chop the basil. Mix with tomatoes, garlic and oil. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Slice Parmesan cheese into shavings with a peeler. Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot immediately. Fold in tomato mixture and cheese.
