Two types of strawberry fruit spread

  • 7-10 Tbsp For about 4 glasses of fruit spread (approx. 200 ml each):
  • 1/4 glass pickled green pepper
  • 450 g Strawberries
  • 2 packages (200 g) Gelling spell for fruit spread (without cooking)

Directions

    Drain the green pepper in a sieve. Wash and clean the berries. Weigh 400 g berries. Dice 50 g and put aside. Chop remaining berries, add jam sugar and puree finely with a blender for about 1 minute.

    Fold in the strawberry pieces. Halve the fruit spread. Fold in half the pepper. Pour the strawberry and strawberry-pepper fruit spread into clean glasses and store in the refrigerator. Use up the fruit spread within 14 days.
