Drain the green pepper in a sieve. Wash and clean the berries. Weigh 400 g berries. Dice 50 g and put aside. Chop remaining berries, add jam sugar and puree finely with a blender for about 1 minute.
Fold in the strawberry pieces. Halve the fruit spread. Fold in half the pepper. Pour the strawberry and strawberry-pepper fruit spread into clean glasses and store in the refrigerator. Use up the fruit spread within 14 days.
