Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop leaves finely. Press the sausage meat out of the skin. Knead sausage meat, minced meat and chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper
Fill the vegetables with the chopped mass and place in a greased ovenproof dish
Put the vegetable lid on, pour on the stock and sprinkle the vegetables with oil. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 40-50 minutes
