Stuffed vegetables with mince

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 small round zucchini
  • 2 small red peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 150 g uncooked sausage
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Peel the onions and add them to the potatoes about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Wash the zucchini and peppers. 2. cut a lid off each vegetable, hollow out the zucchini and chop the flesh. Clean the peppers. Drain the potatoes and onions, cut off a lid and also hollow out. Finely chop the fruit flesh

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop leaves finely. Press the sausage meat out of the skin. Knead sausage meat, minced meat and chopped vegetables, season with salt and pepper

    Fill the vegetables with the chopped mass and place in a greased ovenproof dish

    Put the vegetable lid on, pour on the stock and sprinkle the vegetables with oil. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 40-50 minutes
