Two potato skewers

Ingredients

  • 750 g baby potatoes
  • 200 g Beef hip steak
  • some stem(s) Oregano and thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1 lime
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 jar (280 g) stuffed small peppers
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Avocado
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g cooked ham, in wafer-thin slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash potatoes well and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Wash herbs, dab dry and chop finely, except for some oregano for garnishing. Mix meat with herbs, lime zest and 1 tablespoon of oil, season with pepper and chill. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel.

    Leave to cool. Drain the peppers. Cut avocado in half, remove from stone and peel. Cut into slices and sprinkle with lime juice, chill. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in portions in a pan. Fry the potatoes in it until golden brown. Season with salt. Drain on kitchen paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes while turning. Season with salt.
