Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth and season with pepper. Divide the cream. Clean and wash the radishes and, except for one for garnishing, cut them into fine sticks. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Cut the rind off the cave cheese and grate the cheese. Stir the radishes, chives and cheese, except for a little bit for sprinkling, into one half of the cream. Season with salt and pepper, arrange in a small bowl and sprinkle with radishes, cheese and chives.
For the second spread, cut the cucumber and ham into small cubes of equal size. Dice the onion as well. Stir the cucumber, ham, onion and paprika into the rest of the cream, except for a little for sprinkling. Season to taste with salt and pepper and also arrange in a small bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining cucumber and ham cubes and some paprika. Serve with farmhouse bread
