100 g medieval Gouda cheese
Cut the meat into slices. Clean and wash the mushrooms and also cut them into slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry meat in hot fat. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Add onion and mushrooms to the frying fat and also fry. Deglaze with cream, stir in cream cheese. Let it boil down a little bit and season with salt and pepper. Cut broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain. Pour everything into small ovenproof dishes. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake under the hot grill of the oven until golden brown. Delicious with baguette bread
