Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Chicken breasts (with skin, on bone; à 300 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/4 l White wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse white pepper to
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sprinkle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Wash tomatoes, cut into slices. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press. Peel and finely chop the onions. Wash chicken, dab dry and season with salt.

    Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Fry the garlic and onions briefly in the cooking fat. Deglaze with wine. Fill vegetables and chicken with the liquid into an ovenproof dish. Pour on 1/2 litre of water.

    Season with salt and ground pepper. Cover and braise in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes. Season again and serve sprinkled with coarse pepper and chopped parsley.
