Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 300 ml dry red wine
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into fine cubes. Peel and finely dice onions. Peel garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press

    In the meantime, wash the thyme, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks, add to the sauce and season with salt, pepper and sugar
