Turkey pot with two kinds of beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g French beans
  • 350 g green beans
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 600 g Turkey breast or finished turkey goulash
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-4 Tsp Chicken broth
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon slices

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the beans into pieces. Peel, wash and chop potatoes. Peel onions and garlic. Chop onions coarsely, chop garlic. Wash the meat, dab dry, dice

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the meat in it in portions. Fry onions and garlic briefly. Add all the meat again, season. Stir in approx. 1 l water and stock, bring to the boil. Add beans and potatoes. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

    Wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash and chop the herbs. Add both to the turkey pot and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon

    Drink: light rosé wine
