Turkey-Paprika-Pan with glass noodles

Ingredients

  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 50 g Glass noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red and green pepper
  • 1 jar (330 g) Pumpkin
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into narrow strips. Mix the meat with soy sauce and let it soak through a little. Cook glass noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles on a sieve. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Drain the pumpkin and collect the juice. Cut pumpkin pieces in half.

    Heat oil in a pan, fry meat in it, take it out and keep it warm. Put the pumpkin pieces in the frying fat and fry them. Add 6 tablespoons of pumpkin juice and cook for 5 minutes. Put meat, noodles and pumpkin into the pan and heat everything up. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Arrange everything on a plate
