Rinse turkey legs cold and pat dry. Rub with salt, pepper and paprika and place on a cold rinsed fat pan of the oven. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 50 minutes.
After about 25 minutes, gradually add the stock. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into larger pieces. Peel onion and garlic. Cut the onion into large cubes. Finely dice the garlic.
Add paprika, onion and garlic to the fat pan. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram and cook for another 30 minutes. Take the legs off. Fold sour cream into the vegetables. Arrange legs with paprika on a plate.
