Wash chicken wings, dab dry and salt. Mix curry, paprika and oil and coat chicken wings with it. Bake on a baking tray in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, drain the apricots. Wash and clean spring onions, dab dry and cut into slanted rings. Cut the apricots into slices. Put the Asian salad in a bowl, add the apricots and spring onions and mix.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the chicken wings. Baguette tastes good with it.
