  • 1 Pure Breast Fillets
  • 250 g Kenya beans
  • 1 pack of Bacon
  • 50 ml. Port wine
  • 2 Essl. oil
  • 2 Essl. butter

Directions

    Brown the turkey breast in oil and butter in a pan, fry for 20 minutes, keep warm. Clean the beans and cook them in salted water for 4 minutes until they are firm to the bite, wrap the bacon around them and fry them briefly in butter, deglaze the turkey stock with port wine and a little broth.

    Season, reduce a little, cut turkey into slices with the sauce, boiled potatoes and vegetables.
