Turkey and Potato Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 300 g Turkey escalope
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 potty fresh thyme
  • 375 g Potatoes
  • 1-2 stem(s) Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly parchment paper

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the meat, dab dry, cut into fine strips and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Let something pull through. Mix milk, eggs and cheese. Season to taste with pepper, salt, nutmeg and paprika. Wash the thyme, dab dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices.

    Grease a pizza mould (32 cm Ø). Layer the potatoes. Spread tomatoes, spring onions and meat on top. Pour egg milk over it, sprinkle with some thyme and bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas

    If necessary, cover with parchment paper for the last 10 minutes of baking time. Sprinkle with remaining thyme and sage leaves as desired.
