Preheat oven (electric cooker: 220 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Remove the dough. Cut the pepper into strips, clean the mushrooms and halve them. Mix breadcrumbs, quark, salt and pepper.
Place the dough on the baking tray and fold it all around about 2 cm to a rim. Add the curd cheese, vegetables, olives and roughly torn ham. Crumble feta over it. Bake in a hot oven on the lowest shelf for about 15 minutes. Wash the basil, pluck off the leaves and sprinkle over it.
