Tuna fish sauce with capers with spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 250 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 1 tin(s) (115 g) Tuna in its own juice
  • 5 TSP Capers
  • 1 Splash of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Bowl Cress
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon

Directions

    Place the mayonnaise, tuna and 3 teaspoons of capers in a tall mixing bowl. Puree finely and season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold in 2 teaspoons of capers. Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Drain and mix with the sauce and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with cress and lemon peel.
