Ribbon noodles with vegetable sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 2 Federation Chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS grated gouda cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. In the meantime, peel garlic and chop finely. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash and slice spring onions. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Heat oil in a pan.

    Steam garlic, mushrooms and spring onions for about 5 minutes. Add the chives, warm them up and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Drain the pasta and arrange on a plate. Add the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese as desired
