Ingredients

  • 250 g Maccaroni
  • 125 g small mushrooms
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Courgette
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried marjoram
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 2 discs Bacon
  • 75 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and allow to drain. Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Clean, wash and thinly slice the zucchini.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms and courgettes in it, season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Grease a pizza dish (28 cm Ø) or an ovenproof pan.

    Spread the noodles in a circle. Whisk eggs and milk, season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Pour 2/3 of the egg milk over the noodles. Spread the vegetables on top. Pour the rest of the egg milk over the pasta. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.

    Leave the bacon in the pan until crispy and break into pieces. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pizza 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Garnish pizza with bacon pieces and marjoram.
