Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut them into sticks. Fry onions and garlic in hot oil.
Add the zucchini and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with tomatoes and cream. Chop the tomatoes a little bit. Season sauce with vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Cut feta into cubes. Add thyme to the sauce.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and let it drain. Serve with the sauce on plates. Sprinkle with feta. Serve garnished with thyme.
