Ingredients

  • 200 g Celery
  • 300 g Smoked salmon
  • 250 g smoked trout fillets
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Dill
  • 6-7 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS grainy mustard
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup or liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the celery into very fine slices. Dice salmon and trout or cut into strips. Wash and chop the dill.

    Mix vinegar, mustard and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Add dill. Mix everything carefully. Leave to stand for at least 1 hour.
