Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Fry the minced meat in 1-2 tbsp. hot oil until crumbly. Fry onion and garlic briefly. Add tomato paste and chunky tomatoes. Bring to the boil, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper
Cut the olives in half lengthwise. Fill chips, chopped mass and olives into 4 oiled ramekins. Stir the sour cream until smooth and spread over the top. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it
Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it
The chopping mass can be prepared well. To keep the crisps crispy, fill all ingredients into the moulds just before baking
