Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 500 g colorful tortellini (dried)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 200-300 g liquid sour cream
  • 175 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g cooked ham
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Defrost the peas. Cook pasta in salted water for 18-20 minutes. Then drain and let cool off. Peel garlic and onion, dice finely. Mix salad cream and sour cream.

    Fold in garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Heat oil. Brown the mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper. Cut ham into strips. Mix the prepared ingredients. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
