China pan with chicken

Ingredients

  • 40 g short noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 k
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) handful of mung bean seedlings
  • 1 (125 g) Chicken filet
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Sesame or flaked almonds
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente

    Clean and wash spring onions and peppers and cut them into rings or strips. Sort and wash the seedlings. Wash, dry and cut the meat into strips

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat in it all around for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry briefly. Take out everything

    Drain the pasta. Fry with vegetables in hot frying fat for about 5 minutes. Add meat and sprouts and heat up. Season with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek. Garnish

    If you prefer to eat this Asian dish with rice: instead of noodles cook 40 g rice in 1/8 l salted water. The nutritional values remain the same
