Tomato salad with mozzarella and olive vinaigrette

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 40 g black olives
  • 1 Shallot or small onion
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 75 g Plucked or head lettuce
  • 4 (approx. 480 g) big tomatoes

Directions

    Core the olives and cut them into fine strips. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Drain mozzarella and also cut into cubes. Wash basil, dab dry and cut into fine strips except for a little bit for garnishing.

    Mix vinegar, some salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Stir olives, diced shallots, mozzarella and basilkium into the vinaigrette. Wash and drain the salad. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.

    Arrange the tomatoes and salad on 4 plates. Spread the vinaigrette over them and garnish with the rest of the basil.
