Fried gnocchi with apples and vanilla cream

Ingredients

  • 3 Apples (about 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 115 g Sugar
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 packages (400 g each) Gnocchi (from the refrigerator)
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash apples, dab dry, quarter and core them. Cut apple quarters into thin slices and mix with lemon juice. Stir sauce powder, 50 g sugar and 5 tablespoons milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil and stir in the sauce powder. Bring to the boil again briefly.

    Stir in the quark. Put 10 g fat, 40 g sugar and apple slices with the lemon juice in a large pan. Steam over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile cook the gnocchi in plenty of boiling water for about 2 minutes until they float up. Drain them on a sieve. Remove apples from the pan. Put the remaining fat in the pan and fry the gnocchi in it for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Mix in the apple pieces and distribute on plates. Add warm vanilla cream.
