  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Sandwich toast bags

    Wash the tomatoes for the filling. Dice mozzarella and tomatoes. Grate parmesan. Wash the sage, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Mix the prepared ingredients, season with salt and pepper

    Cut the breads in half horizontally and spread the prepared filling into the loaves. Grill the breads in a hot grill pan in portions for 5-8 minutes each, turning. When doing so, weigh down with a heavy pan or pot. Garnish with sage
