Baked Beans with fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 discs (80 g) Bacon
  • 2 can(s) (each 415 g weighed in) baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 4 Eggs (size M)

Directions

    Peel and dice the onion. Fry bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper. Fry onion in hot bacon fat for about 2 minutes.

    Add beans, heat and season with salt and pepper. In the meantime heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Beat the eggs, let them slide into the hot oil and fry them for about 5 minutes. Season with a little salt
